I've uploaded all of my layout videos to YouTube. This is allowing me to have all of my videos online while freeing up space on my website for more pics. It will also lower the amount of bandwidth my site uses. To access each video, click on the picture on the left, and the video will open in a new window.

Video clip shot at MF Tower by a friend of mine. A long eastbound freight headed by two Chessie System SD40-2s rolls past. As the cabooses pass, my friend pans the camera around to the Cleveland staging yard as a southbound coal train headed by two Norfolk and Western units eases out of the yard. He follows the head end with the camera, aiming west to follow the train turning west into the Mansfield Yard as a westbound Triple Crown train headed by a Conrail GP38 rolls past. As both trains roll by, the Chessie System freight come back around between them.

An eastbound freight headed by a Norfolk and Western unit is waiting on main 2 to enter the north side of Mansfield Yard as a westbound piggyback lead by two Conrail GP38s and a Penn Central SD35 approaches on main 2 and crosses over onto main 1.

An eastbound freight headed by a pair of Norfolk and Western units crosses over from main 2 to main 1 and enters the west end of the north side of Mansfield Yard.

A westbound freight of auto carriers and piggyback cars departs the west end of Mansfield Yard (North) at what will be the Fourth Street grade crossing. The Santa Fe, CB&Q, and Union Pacific locomotives are SD24s.

A Penn Central SD35 and a pair of Conrail GP38s lead an eastbound train of autoracks on main 1 over what will be the Park Avenue East underpass, also known as "the subway."

A westbound freight on Main 1 lead by a pair of Conrail GP38s enters the east end of the north side of Mansfield Yard as an eastbound freight led by a Penn Centrail SD35 and a Union Pacific SD24 waits on Main 1 and a westbound Amtrak led by an F40PH speeds past on Main 2. This clip was shot before the yard tracks were all completed.

A Penn Central SD35 and two Conrail GP38s sit on the one completed track of the north side of Mansfield Yard as a westbound piggyback led by two Chessie System SD40-2s passes on main 1 and an eastbound freight led by two N&W units rolls by on main 2. Amtrak's westbound Broadway Limited departs Mansfield on Main 2, led by a pair of F40PHs. This clip was shot before the yard tracks were all completed.

A westbound freight of autoracks and piggyback cars on Main 1 meets the eastbound Broadway Limited on Main 2. The freight is led by Santa Fe, CB&Q, and Union Pacific SD24s. The passenger train is led by a P40 and an F40PH. All of the yard tracks were completed by the time this video was made.

A yard crew sorts a load of auto racks at the east end of the Mansfield yard and is passed by the westbound Pennsylvanian on Main 2.

A westbound piggyback passes over the interlocking at MF Tower on main 1 and is met by an eastbound freight on main 2. MF Tower will be located diagonly across the diamonds in the direction the camera is pointing. The Mansfield Amtrak station will be across the Cleveland-Columbus line to the right, sitting across from MF Tower.

An eastbound freight on main 2 is met by a westbound piggyback on main 1 at the MF interlocking. This is an overview of the interlocking opposite from the video above.

Looking north towards the future Cleveland staging yard, an eastbound freight rolls by on main 1 at the MF interlocking and is met by a westbound piggyback on main 2.

In another overview of the MF interlocking, a westbound freight rolls past on main 2 and is met by an eastbound train of autoracks on main 1.

As a westbound Conrail freight passes on main 1, a westbound Amtrak passenger train departs on main 2 from what will eventually be the Mansfield Amtrak station at MF interlocking.

The westbound Amtrak Broadway Limited, headed by a pair of F40PHs, rolls to a stop on main 2 at the future Mansfield Amtrak station. I added the sounds of real train brakes to this video.

A Norfolk Southern GP38 leads a train of 24 Triple Crown trailers through the MF interlocking on main 2.

A Norfolk and Western C424 eases a short southbound freight around the interchange track and westbound onto main 1 at MF Tower.

An ex-Penn Central SD35 leads a short freight northbound past MF tower, heading towards Cleveland.

A Norfolk and Western RS11 leads a loaded coal train northbound past MF tower.

A Norfolk Southern GP38 leads a train of 40 Triple Crown trailers past MF Tower on main 2.

Two Norfolk and Western Alco units ease a long Cleveland to Chicago freight around the interchange track to head west on main 1. At the crossovers around the curve, the train will be switched over to main 2, which is why the mock signal at the left is displaying "slow approach".

East of MF Tower, an eastbound freight rolls past on main 2 and is met by a westbound piggyback on main 1.

An eastbound freight on main 1 meets a westbound piggyback on main 2 at Interstate 71 east of Mansfield. The overpass for I-71 is going to be about where the camera is located.

A westbound train of autoracks on main 2 heads under part of what will be the two bridges for Interstate 71 and is met by a westbound train of autoracks on main 1. The bridge in this video is what was saved from the old layout at my parents' house. At the time this video was made, I had 43 of Walthers' autoracks, and all are shown in this video.
